Art Basel / Skin In The Game

An art exhibition curated by Zoe Lukov and presented by Palm Heights during Art Basel. Tony was part of a select group of chefs from around the country that were chosen to create a food installation and a mobile pop up within the exhibition. Led by chef Gerardo Gonzales - the menu was constructed around the idea of skin, food as flesh and a symbol of sensuality. The art installations for the pop up were made by Los Angeles artist Gabriela Ruiz and Karla Ekatherine.
