Callisto Farm x Chile Con Miel
A peak summer cultural experience produced and planned by Tony that demonstrated the importance of ancestral energy being carried out through the eyes of 6 Latinx chefs. The chefs used their regional knowledge of cooking outdoors with earth, water and fire to prepare an impactful meal for guests. Featured was a dome of hanging lamb and seasonal produce, clay wrapped fish and an underground known as Pachamanca.
